**Policies** - A credit card is required on file to book an appointment, though you are not obligated to pay with it. - Please note, **refunds are not offered**. - By booking your appointment, you agree to all the policies outlined below. - I DO REQUIRE UP TO DATE SHOT RECORDS FOR EACH DOG please send those to me via text message **Late Arrivals & No-Shows** - If you are **10 minutes late**, your appointment will be automatically canceled, marked as a no-show, and a fee will be charged. **Cancellation Policy** - A minimum of **48 hours’ notice** is required for cancellations. - Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a fee. - After **3 late cancellations** or **no-shows**, you will be charged for full grooming servicesBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. The Barker Shop has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify The Barker Shop at 13852004980 or jenakah.33@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
